We were at Days Inn Pleasantville December 13th & 14th for 2 nights and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your motel. It was the cleanest, nicest place I've seen in years. The lady in the breakfast room was so friendly, as well as the staff and management. If I'm ever in that area again, I'll get a room in your motel, and gladly tell others about it too. All our guests have gone, our birthday cake and balloons eaten and distributed and it's a bit late to say thank you, but I do want to tell you how much I appreciated your help in setting up a block of rooms for our guests at the Days Inn. Even though only a few used the special group rate and services you offered, they were very pleased with the comfortable rooms and beds and the breakfast. It was a great help to have your hotel within a comfortable distance from our home. I enjoyed meeting you and your kindness with the tour of your rooms and the services. I wanted to take the time to thank you for your hospitality. I was
a guest for 1 week after my condo was affected by fire. The Red Cross sent
me to your hotel. I have been in the customer service industry for 15
years and now work in a casino. I was impressed by the friendliness of
your staff, the information posted around the hotel, and the access to various
items (computers, etc). I only had one question the entire time. Did
you have the AC Press? I was entering through the rear and didn't see the
newspaper stands out front. Aside of that, I was able to find everything
because the information was very clearly posted. I would recommend to
anyone to stay at your location. Thank you for your hospitality during a
very stressful time.
